Gear Up With the 3D Shine Glide From Savage Gear
(continued)
 Features:
Five
colors are available in this line of glide baits. As mentioned, the stock hooks
are nice right out of the package and are spaced far enough apart to not foul
each other. Added effects to the paint scheme of our test baits included some
sparkle and a prism-like shine when angled to the light. There are no spare
parts included.

A foam insert located in the joint helps keep noise down.

Taking a look at the smooth underbelly.
Design and
Ergonomics:
Both test baits
sported the same quality looks and hardware and acted with the same
fish-attracting mannerisms underwater. The baits simply look real and seem to
pull-in fish from a distance. I really favored the smaller 5 1/4-inch bait since
most of my local bass are in the range of 2 to 4 pounds and this size can be
easily thrown with more modest tackle.

Application:
Savage Gear's 3D Shine Gliders should serve you well for both salt and
freshwater pursuits. From slow to fast they do what they're supposed to and get
lots of attention. They can be fished just under the surface to cause a wake or
swam further down below.

I enjoyed some impressive action while throwing the Savage Gear glide bait!
Conclusion:
Nothing boosts confidence in a bait more than getting immediate bites! After
opening up the package and tying on the 5 1/4-inch bait, I proceeded to catch a
bass on my third cast. It didn't stop there, as the bait continued to produce
for the next two hours that day and on the several trips that followed. Despite
the less-than-ideal way these baits cast, they more than make up for that with
how many fish they produce. If a quality yet affordable glide bait is what
you've been searching for, I highly
recommend you give the Savage Gear 3D Shine Glide a shot!
