G4Z Stockingfoot Wader: While many apparel companies are relying on alternative materials, Simms continues to leverage the power of Gore-Tex in their garment and this year's new G4Z Stockingfoot Wader features a new, proprietary Gore-Tex material in a 4-layer lower, and 3-layer upper construction.

The new G4Z wader promises to be durable yet breathable and features a new, patented, compression-molded stockingfoot to enhance comfort, bootfit, and warmth.

Other features include air-mesh suspenders, zippered micro-fleece lined hand warmer pockets, a YKK waterproof zipper, and Sharkfin Hemostat Buckle. Retail price for this new wader is set at $849.95.

Solarflex Ultra Cool Armor: Leveraging more unique materials, Simms is building their new Solarflex Ultra Cool Armor sunshirt with Avra cooling fibers offering more softness and flexibility than standard polyester materials.

Like other tech shirts, this Solarflex is designed to both wick and dry quickly but also has a cool-to-the-touch sensation enabled by advanced Avra fibers.

The new Solarflex Ultra Cool Armor shirt boasts UPF 50 protection, full hood and sungaiter construction, and an integrated bottom hem sunglass chamois. Expect availability in January 2020 and a retail price of $139.95.

Simms continues to take the mission of outfitting outdoor enthusiasts with wardrobe to meet the unique demands of fishing very seriously. The quality and tech of their garments never cease to amaze us even though it is what we come to expect each and every year.
