The ISE celebrates its 30 year anniversary in style by showcasing new tackle
in San Mateo, CA (continued)
 Pflueger:
The President is no longer the
top of the foodchain at Pflueger. The new big dog is the "Supreme." This reel
features 10 double shielded stainless steel bearings, a machined and ported
anodized aluminum spool, and a forged aluminum handle with soft touch knobs.
Most interesting about this reel is the UBS (Ultimate Brake System) which is a
dual magnetic and centrifugal cast control system. The reel features aggressive
porting not only on the handle and spool, but also in elements of the frame as
well. This helps reduce the weight .9oz less than a comparably sized President
baitcaster.
