Affordable Storage Flexibility, Plano’s Flex N’ Go Satchel
(continued)
 The
two 3650 boxes allow for the storage of smaller baits and terminal tackle and
are a good size for most bass lures, minus full sized swimbaits. The genius
behind the Flex N’ Go Satchel’s design is flexibility. Plano 3600 boxes are a
standard size that many anglers already use and retail from $3.59 to $5.00
depending on configuration. By buying more of these boxes anglers can customize
the Flex N’ Go Satchel for whatever trip is coming up around the corner. For
example if you are going bass fishing in the summer you can load up with more
reaction baits, in the winter you can change out boxes more focused on fishing
plastics. Anglers that fish both fresh and saltwater can instantly reconfigure
for different species and applications.

The fixed side is configurable and
can hold larger tackle like bags of plastics and swimbaits
The suitcase
design of the box makes it an excellent box for co-anglers and it fits neatly on
the deck or under the second console. It is also a good size to carry in the
back of your car or truck for those times when you just have the itch to fish.
While the box is very good for these applications the one area we don’t
recommend it is for long hikes or for shore anglers that are constantly on the
move casting from one spot to the next. In these situations a tackle storage
solution that can be worn on your back will not only be more comfortable but
allow you to have two hands free as you transition from one spot to the next.

The 3650 box can also be
configured and offers good storage of smaller hardbaits...
Price and
Applications:
The Plano Flex N’ Go Satchel is truly a customizable solution and like so many
of the company’s other offerings it is affordably priced. Retailing for only
$20.99 this tackle box is a great deal for anglers looking for box that can be
used for a wide variety of applications and might even leverage other boxes you
have already invested in.

...or terminal tackle
Plano also
offers a HydroFlo version of this box with perforated 3600 boxes to aid in the
drying of tackle to prevent rust. This version retails for only $23.49 but we
feel in most cases the standard box will suit anglers just fine. The Flex N’ Go
Satchel is easy to configure and the large compartment can be set up to hold
bags of plastics, extra reels, spools or even tools.

The 3650 features quality plastic
latches which are reliable over the long term
The total
storage capacity of this box is a little on the light side if you’re a hardcore
basser but for many anglers the Flex N’ Go Satchel will hold enough tackle for a
weekend trip. The ability to swap out 3600 size boxes extends the number of
applications that this box can be utilized for and we liked just how simple and
easy the system was to employ.

The Flex N' Go Satchel is a great
choice for anglers looking for flexibility, and at just over 20 dollars is an
exceptional value
Conclusion:
The Flex N’ Go Satchel is a quality product that exhibits a simple yet truly
excellent design. Plano leverages their existing tackle systems with the 3600
boxes and integrates them into a hybrid fixed box
configuration that delivers the benefits of both worlds, the capacity and
rugged durability of a hard
case and the flexibility of the 3600 StowAway box system. While this is not a
box that
can do it all, for many anglers the Flex N’ Go Satchel is a great choice and an
even better value. Packing for those trips has never been quicker or more
affordable and anglers that enjoy fishing for multiple species and applications
will relish in the Flex N’ Go Satchel’s customizability and ease of use.
