Central Coast Bass Fishing Purchases Mend-It Soft Bait Glue
June 5 2008 9:30pm
Submitted: Press Release

Press Release - Popular new soft bait glue brand Mend-it has been purchased by CentralCoastBassFishing.com, a guide business and retail outlet owned by Will and Kathy Hesch.

Mend-it Soft Bait Glue is under new ownership

When the Heschs purchased Mend-it only a few months ago the product was still relatively new but undergoing some growing pains. Though the glue behaved as advertised providing a reliable, flexible, and clear bond to repair broken or torn soft plastic baits, the bottles left something to be desired. It turns out they were semi-porous so a portion of the product was evaporating leaving a much more dense, and eventually, hardened substance behind rendering the product virtually useless several weeks after opening.

The old bottle (left) has been replaced with a new, non-porous version (right) designed to keep the formulation intact for a longer period of time.

The Heschs have resolved this problem with a new, non-porous bottle and together with some new labeling (still under works) are ready re-debut the product and help it realize its full potential in making your soft plastic baits last longer.

The new, improved product is already shipping. Look for it in store shelves.

If you purchased Mend-it in the old packaging during or after January of 2008 and have experienced the problems described above, you are encouraged to contact Will Hesch at 1.866.606.CCBF (2223) or send an email to will@centralcoastbassfishing.com to find out details of an exchange program where you can send in your old, defective bottle of Mend-it to receive a replacement bottle in the new packaging.
